ER.BA has as its objective to bring a high quality waffle into the market, without addition of colorants or preservatives. The use of the best prime materials (without animal fats, GMO-free), proper developed production methods and severe quality controls (IFS) guarantee the utmost quality.

History:
As a wholesaler in biscuits, R.Swijsen set up this waffle bakery in 1992. His ample experience as a confectioner helped to refine the recipes. In 1994 the circumstances obliged Mrs G. Swijsen- Vanrompay to take over the management. The sons, Erwin & Bart, became collaborating associates, responsible for the production and the commercial department.

The first clients were the local shops in the area. In 1997 the first department stores became clients and currently we are the suppliers of the most important shopping chains in Belgium. ER.BA has the objective to bring a qualitative waffle on the market, without addition of any colorant or preservatives. The use of the best prime materials, proper developed production methods and severe quality controls IFS) guarantee the best quality.

Because differentiation is so important, a proper distribution system was set up. The representatives do the merchandising by themselves so that the best service is always guaranteed. The quality and the use of fresh products have strengthened the reputation the ER.BA. brand.
